When thinking about how we wanted to do the feature this year, we decided to switch our focus and spotlight women working behind the scenes in theatre. From publicists to agents to literary managers, it takes a village to make a piece of theatre happen, and there are many talented women in those positions that deserve to have their work in the spotlight. We also wanted to provide a resource to show that there are many careers in theatre outside of actor, director, and writer. So, once again, we asked women who had been on The Interval to send us names of women working behind the scenes in theatre who they thought were doing exciting things. Here are 16 women you should be watching: You can validate her on all social platforms at chelseanachman. There are a lot of really rewarding parts about the job: This job also allows me to meet tons of interesting people and work closely with many different personalities, which keeps me on my toes.

Apr 16, · I have read/heard in the past a reluctance to do this due to the possibility of players leaving games prematurely due to the team setups and how good/bad players are. I know you do a huge amount of work with replays etc so just curious to ask what the end goal is.
Reply on December 14, Cheats players and constant Hacks plus Fake names are everywhere making your team worthless due to the amount of fake names Cheaters that abound this game. Please tell me how the game is before I play it. Nothing against those Russians, but in this game they have a ridiculously unfair advantage of being able to buy equipments for half the price that Europeans or Americans have to pay.
This is probably to push non-Russians into buying more and more using the currency of their country which is more valuable to Tanki than RussianRoubles to catch-up with the Russian majority. Again, as mentioned by loads of others, nothing against those Russians, but they sure love cheating. The game is full of cheats and the game does nothing about it, apart from the usual BS platitudes and lies from the forum admins.
He is just saying that tanki is a good game when no Russians are around. Its a bad game when they are since most of them just hack or spend a ridiculous amount of money. I recommend you not to play it. There are much better games out there where skill matters and not money.

Building Content Engine For Startups! When I was a part of the core team at LetsVenture , when we were a team of 6 people and were starting initially, we had several questions to answer! Not for others, but for ourselves. I was a newbie at that time, working with experienced founders and solving one of the biggest problems for investors to fund the right startup, and for the startups to find the right investors. We were developing a perfect matchmaking bridge.
By content engine, I mean a set of framework, strategy and process in place that automates the entire content game for a startup — What to say, Whom to say, Where to say, How to say, last but not the least Why at all to say? Before this, I had built an MVP of an e-commerce surprise gifting platform and surprisingly validated with good revenue traction and word of mouth marketing. If you wish to get all the 50, feel free to reach out to me here. You may find these set of questions very common, but the beauty lies in taking the accountability for these questions.
Ideally, after reading this, I would delegate it to the most accountable person in the team to answer, maybe the product manager, who has to envision the product roadmap.

Reddit Flipboard Zoos have always been places where people come to marvel at, and connect with, the wonders of the animal world. But with more and more species endangered in their natural habitats, zoos have had to change their stripes. They’ve shifted their focus to conservation, and gone is the old practice of bringing in exotic animals from the wild.
I am trying to find a resource online that explains everything about the rating system behind the actual arena games (e.g. Team1 wins XX points, Team2 loses YY points, Matchmaking rating =?, not to be confused with points won to buy things, which I’m not looking for) along with the change to start arena team ratings at 0 instead of and how early games work differently.

We have been discussing these at length, figuring out solutions and getting work underway. Some issues are easier to solve than others, whereas some will require more involved fixes and take a little longer to get out to our players. Below are the top feedback points and our current plans to address them. Our priority is always to work out what can we do to address issues quickly, and then if we need to spend more time on them for a more involved fix, we will invest that time and effort.
Ship respawns When you sink a ship, they respawn too close to you. This can be frustrating for players at a Skeleton Fort, or constantly having the same ship follow you and engage you in combat.
May 19, · By the way matchmaking changes really fast, so if you face a very high matchmaking rated team and win, you will win like 50 matchmaking points, if you win a lot of battles in a row it goes up very fast too. Just stop losing and you will skyrocket higher. every time you lose it goes down a lot too, especially if the team was lower rated.
An example may help clarify. Suppose Player A has a rating of , and plays in a five-round tournament. He or she loses to a player rated , draws with a player rated , defeats a player rated , defeats a player rated , and loses to a player rated The expected score, calculated according to the formula above, was 0. Note that while two wins, two losses, and one draw may seem like a par score, it is worse than expected for Player A because his or her opponents were lower rated on average.
